Supacolour is an innovative method of branding a wide range of products with crisp, vibrant, full-colour graphics.
Supasub is the solution for replicating full colour logos on hard to decorate products such as beanies, scarves, blankets, and jackets.
Supaetch is a laser-etched suede patch sewn directly onto a wide range of products such as bags, blankets, caps, beanies, and scarves.
Supaflex involves printing highly detailed logos onto vinyl with either a matte or gloss finish and attached with embroidery for a quality, unique result.
Sublimation is a printing transfer process which uses heat sensitive sublimation inks to permanently dye synthetic fabrics producing a bright, full colour, and crisp image.

DIRECT EMBROIDERY
Unlike the 3D direct embroidery, this option uses the flat embroidery technique. With this style, your logo or design is stitched directly onto the caps creating a flat embroidered look. Get your custom caps embroidered and get that classic, street look.
Direct embroidery is gaining popularity as a favored decoration method, adding a timeless and personalized touch to various items with intricately stitched designs.

EMBROIDERED PATCH
Embroidered patch is stitched more densely with a heavier, thicker embroidery thread, the threads make the patch feel thicker also gives off a certain lift and three-dimensional look.
This is a great option if you don’t have a lot of text or detail on your patch and would like the overall classic look of an embroidered patch.

3D EMBROIDERED PATCH
A 3D Embroidered Patch is a technique in which the surface of the design is raised by placing a puffy foam sheet while embroidering. It gives the design a 3D & aesthetic look by making the designs pop out on the fabric.
3D Embroidery is simply an art that creates eye-catching designs.

WOVEN PATCH
Woven Patches use a thinner thread, the thinner threads enable a tighter weave so there can be more detail in the artwork. The threads also provide cleaner lines and flatter appearance, closer to a printed look.
So if you artwork is very precise, has small details, or has very fine lettering then choose woven patches.

PU LEATHER PATCH
PU Leather is artificial leather polymer made of polyurethane, which is a type of plastic. These custom PU leather patches (debossed or embossed) can be the perfect way to highlight your brand’s commitment to premium products and services.
Through their silky-smooth touch and impressive aesthetic, these patches bring a certain level of appeal to any item that they are paired up with.

PVC PATCH
PVC patches, originally known as Polyvinyl Chloride are made from durable and flexible plastic that feels like rubber. PVC patches can be made from any size, shape and colour that can withstand the heat or cold.
PVC patches are very durable as well, this is it’s main advantage over other materials, especially when it comes to identification and branding.

SILICONE PATCH
Silicone patches are a great option for custom caps due to their durability, flexibility, versatility, branding potential and unique appearance.

TPU PATCH
What is TPU Patch? TPU is the abbreviation of thermoplastic urethane. This material has excellent properties of high tension, high tensile strength, toughness, and aging resistance. It is a mature environmental protection material.
TPU material is more transparent in colour and environmentally friendly.

DIRECT TO FILM PRINT
DTF (Direct to Film) printing involves printing a design onto a piece of PET film ( a special film with a coating that helps transfer designs) using water-based inks and a special powder adhesive.
Direct to Film is a process that transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism. DTF method can work on cotton and poly blends.
Size: CUSTOM (as per client and cap) – there is no minimum size (wxh) but check with the hat first if it’s achievable
PMS: PMS needs to be provided and is supported (no need to match with threads)
CAP PIN/METAL BADGE
Lapel pins are frequently used as symbols of achievement and belonging in different organizations. Lapel pins from the organization are often collected by members and non members alike.
The pin is made from metal with the desired logo/design and is fastened with a rubber backing to attach to cap.

Backings: Safety Rubber Backing
Note: Please make sure we have a slight arch on plate so it fits well on cap.
CHENILLE PATCH
A chenille patch is a type of embroidered patch that features a design made of chenille yarn. Chenille is a soft and fuzzy textured material that is often used to create raised, 3D designs on patches. These patches are commonly seen on letterman jackets, sports team uniforms, and various types of apparel. Chenille patches are known for their tactile and visually distinctive appearance, adding a unique and textured element to the surface they are applied to.
VELCRO PATCH
A Velcro patch is a type of patch that features a backing made of hook-and-loop fasteners, commonly known as Velcro. Velcro patches are often used for practical and decorative purposes, such as on uniforms, bags, or tactical gear. They provide a convenient way to attach and remove patches without the need for sewing or adhesive. This versatility makes Velcro patches popular in various contexts, including military, law enforcement, and the fashion industry.

MERROW VS. DIE CUT
MERROW BORDER
Merrow border is a heavier border which is sewed up and over the exterior edges of your patch. Merrow borders are most generally located on shapes, for example circles, ovals and squares. Merrow borders are implemented after the design is stitched onto your patches. PLEASE add these to your patch artworks when making one.
DIE CUT BORDER
DIE cut border is thinner, flatter border that is cut out using a hot knife that seals the outer edge of your patch, keeping the thread from fraying. Hot Cut borders are used for patches that are shaped in the outline of your design, such as the shape of a car or animal. AGAIN, please add these to your patch artworks if legible regarding the design.
